i just got back from waving off my boy at the airport. he is leaving today for Afganistan with the army. iam not going to go on about how i feel towards him but seriously i had a lump in my throat the whole time, and watching him salute his dad from the gate broke my heart. wishing him a safe flight and him and the boys a safe time whilst they are out there. they are the bravest bunch of boys i have ever met and iam so proud to know him. ultimate respect for the all of the soldiers fighting over there and around the world. i’ll think of you everyday. love you.
